Our commitment is to offer the highest quality to the client. In the event that you are not satisfied with the order, you have 10 days to make the return. You can send us an email to info@shiori.es explaining the reasons. We will be happy to offer you a change or a refund (also for the products purchased in sales).
The products must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging so that we can proceed to make the return. The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.
Once the product is received, we will pay the amount of the order (except the initial transport cost) to the same credit or debit card that was used for the purchase within 48 hours. Your bank may take between 4 and 7 days to pay the amount in your account.
