That is why we recommend that users read them each time they access our website and, in any case, whenever they wish to make a purchase, so that they can freely decide whether they wish to continue using it and even make purchases.
2.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The SHIORI website, as well as all the elements that compose it, including the jewelry designs, are the exclusive property of SHIORI. Any reproduction or representation, total or partial, of the page or of any of the elements that compose it, as well as its modification, is totally prohibited. The trademarks and domain names that appear on the SHIORI website are the exclusive property of SHIORI, so any unauthorized reproduction or use of these trademarks or domain names, without prejudice to the form or intention they adopt, is totally prohibited.
3.- PRICES, TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES
The prices of the products are expressed only in Euros and include taxes.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at the time of validating the order. For more information see "Shipping" below.
4.-HOW TO BUY
There are different ways to find the product you are looking for:
- Search using the search bar at the top right of the web.
- You can see all the products by selecting "Store" in the main menu.
- Select a product category from the drop-down menu that you will find in "Store", in the main menu.
- Select a collection from the drop-down menu that you will find in "Collections", in the main menu.
Once you have chosen the product you want to buy, you only have to click on "Add to cart", the product will be added to your shopping cart and will be indicated in the upper right part of the web. If you go over the icon of the shopping cart, a box will appear with the detail of the selected product. If you click on "See basket", your cart will appear with more details of your purchases.
Once you have finished making your purchases, you only have to click on "Validate" to continue.
Promotional coupons must be used according to the conditions of each promotion. Only one coupon can be used for each promotion, they are not transferable or reimbursable.
Promotions are subject to stock availability and possible changes.
6.- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The articles on the web are subject to stock availability. In the event that the selected product is not available, we will inform you before completing the purchase process: through the product file or by email once we have received the purchase request. If it were the case that you bought a product and it was not in stock, you would be reimbursed as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 5 days.
All orders (for products in stock) are sent within a maximum period of 2 working days, once the order has been confirmed. Shipments are made according to the office hours of the courier companies. In the event that you were absent at the time of delivery, you should contact the courier company to arrange a new delivery time. We will not be responsible for any delay caused by this reason. To avoid this type of situation, we advise you to indicate an address in which you will be available, for example the work address.
We will send you an email with the tracking number of the shipment so you can check it on the website of the courier company at all times.
We offer free shipping in Spain for orders over € 30.

Our commitment is to offer the highest quality to the client. In the event that you are not satisfied with the order, you have 10 days to make the return. You can send us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reasons. We will be happy to offer you a change or a refund (also for products purchased in rebates).
The products must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging so that we can proceed to make the return. The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.
Once the product is received, we will pay the amount of the order (except the initial transport cost) to the same credit or debit card that was used for the purchase within 48 hours. Your bank may take between 4 and 7 days to pay the amount in your account.
9.- FORM OF PAYMENT
There are two ways to make a purchase, one is as a registered user and the other as a guest. In the first case, it will be necessary to fill in a form with your personal data that will allow you to modify your data to have them updated, manage your purchases and enjoy promotions and special offers. Before finalizing the registration, you must accept the conditions of use in such a way that otherwise, the process will not have been completed. Once the registration is complete, you can access the private area as many times as you wish, entering your personal username and password.
All payments made by credit or debit card are made through the secure payment gateway of the financial institution, which encrypts the data of the cards. With the aim of giving maximum security to the payment system, SHIORI uses secure payment systems from leading financial entities in electronic commerce. When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Next, it will connect with the issuing bank of the same, which will request that it authorize the operation through a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
Once the payment is validated, a sales contract is established between the user and SHIORI.
Once the purchase process has been completed, it will be confirmed through the "Order receipt" email sent to the buyer, which will also contain a description of the product with its characteristics, price and shipping costs. Failure to receive this message may be due to some transitory communication problem on the network or to a writing error in the communicated email address. In both cases, it is advisable that you contact us by writing to us at email@example.com.
10.- EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for any failure or delay arising from a cause that is due to events beyond our control ("Force Majeure").
Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond reasonable control and will include in particular (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lockouts, revolt, invasion or terrorist attack,
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster,
Impossibility of the use of trains, boats, airplanes, transport of motor or other means of transport, public or private,
Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of other governments,
